The Content Specialist has responsibility for the administration of student resource content and process. Under the direction of the Director of Student Services, this position will develop, implement, and track student resources designed to improve the student experience, support student transition and help students find information quickly. These solutions will ultimately impact student success, student satisfaction, and build a strong sense of community for the RUSM student population and internal RUSM Colleagues that provide advisement and support to students. This position reports to the Director, Student Services and is based in Miramar, Florida.
