In partnership with the MHC Vertical Vice President of Finance and Strategy and the Dean of Ross University School of Medicine, the Senior Director of Finance is responsible for providing leadership, planning and management for maximizing financial performance at Ross University School of Medicine. The position develops the annual budget, creates rolling forecasts, prepares financial reports, analyzes results, develops financial models and works in cooperation with campus, program, and home office leaders to identify operational efficiencies and revenue-generating opportunities.
Graduate degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree required in Finance, Business or Accounting.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Finance or related field with demonstrated success in role progression.
Demonstrated success in partnering with C-Suite level or equivalent of a multi-location and multi-product business; education or healthcare experience preferred.
Excellent analytical skills including Excel and Financial Systems (Cognos/TM1) expertise.
Consistently displays leadership integrity and models ATGE’s TEACH values.
Experienced manager—strong, independent leader with high sense of accountability who builds collaborative and high-performing teams and has a positive approach to work.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work product.
