The Registrar Operations Analyst is responsible for conducting comprehensive and accurate analyses of Registrar’s operational functions and processes and identifying and implementing process improvements and work flows. Also responsible for providing value through data analysis for student data initiatives. He/She collects, analyzes, and interprets data and process, developing recommendations and presenting summary findings to department leadership and managers. The Registrar Operations Analyst will participate in the development and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets identifying, examining, and reporting on performance improvement opportunities. The Registrar Operations Analyst supports the Office of Registrar with regards to departmental continuous quality improvement initiatives to improve operations and reporting as well as University upgrades and modifications to current technologies, including conducting training and developing training materials.
Collaborate with managers to improve daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of student data.
Designs and runs standard and ad hoc reports from Banner/ImageNow/SalesForce CRM as necessary.
Assists the Registrar management team with the development, implementation, and maintenance of performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets identifying performance improvement opportunities for the department.
Liaison between Adtalem IT and RUSM Academic Analytics & Learning Management Systems departments to assist Registrar to design, document, test, and implement system changes to maximize our technology investment.
Facilitates business decisions related to systems by ensuring decision makers have all the necessary information. Documents the decision for future reference.
Serves as a member of the University’s data clean-up. Monitors weekly data quality and ensures that data integrity issues of a student enrollment/performance nature are being addressed.
Coordinate with other Data Custodians for enterprise Data Custodianship needs
Serve as the RUSM Registrar Online editor along with the Registrar Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review and update content information based on changes in policies and guidelines.
Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
