The Administrative Coordinator of the Office of Student and Professional Development-Writing provides clerical and administrative support for the colleagues in the OSPD Writing department while maintaining coordination of a variety of department functions to ensure the continuity of processes relating to student writing and other department related functions.
Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM), one of the largest accredited medical schools training physicians in North America, is seeking a part-time remote physician skilled clinical educator to serve as Chair of Medicine. The Chairperson provides guidance and oversight of an aligned, integrated, and uniform educational experience in Internal Medicine for medical students across 19 of clinical sites. The Chairperson is the senior academic and administrative officer for clinical faculty in Internal Medicine distributed among 19 hospitals throughout the United States.
This is a part time position, up to .50 FTE. The Chair of a medical specialty is the chief academic and administrative officer for the clinical faculty of the specialty throughout the United States. The Chair is responsible for ensuring academic excellence in the assigned discipline. The Chair oversees activities related to the discipline as well as the integration of the discipline with the other sciences. The Chair provides guidance and oversight of a well- integrated medical program in the specialty across affiliates. The Chair supervises the associated Clerkship Director to ensure assessment of clinical competency of students within the area of specialty and to serve as a respected representative of RUSM at meetings and conferences.
The Senior Program Coordinator is based in based in Michigan working at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland. The Senior Program Coordinator will work directly with St. Joseph Mercy Oakland and Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM) students to ensure students are credentialed and ready to start clinical clerkships. The Senior Program Coordinator will work closely with St. Joseph Mercy Oakland administration on orientation, student documentation and evaluations. This position will work closely with the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland and will participate in UME activities as it relates to Ross University School of Medicine.
Ross University School of Medicine (RUSM), located on the island of Barbados in the West Indies, invites applications for Clinical Skills Instructors in the Department of Clinical Foundations. The RUSM academic center has facilities in the Lloyd Erskine Sandiford Center, which is centrally located in the vibrant capital city of Bridgetown.
Clinical Skills Facilitators are junior faculty that will support the development and delivery of clinical teaching at RUSM. The post provides an excellent opportunity for trainees or other post-medical degree candidates to take a sabbatical from clinical training to develop their teaching and research skills. In addition, there will be time available to support candidates in preparing for professional examinations (where appropriate).
This post is a temporary one-year assignment commencing April 29th, 2019, but may be extended upon agreement of RUSM and the candidate.

The HR Director is responsible for the successful delivery of all aspects of the human resources function within Ross University School of Medicine. RUSM is one of four institutions within the Medical and Healthcare Vertical with a revenue base of +190M and approximately 340 full time colleagues. RUSM is headquartered in Miramar, Florida and has a campus located on the island of Barbados, West Indies. In Barbados, students attend their first two years of medical school and prepare for their clinical rotations in the United States. The HR Director will report into both the VP of HR for the MHC Vertical (Chicago) and the Dean and Chancellor of RUSM (Miramar). This role will have a home base in Miramar, Florida, and will have several direct reports mostly located in Barbados.
